In Network

I am in network in Virginia with Aetna, Cigna, Oxford, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Virginia.  You will have a copay, coinsurance, or deductible which is determined by your individual insurance plan.

Out of Network

I am an out of network provider with all other insurance plans. I am out of network in Florida. However, I can provide documentation to submit to your insurance company. Many plans have out of network benefits and you may be able to be reimbursed for a portion of your visits. My rate is $150 for Individual Psychotherapy sessions.  I am licensed in Virginia and Florida.

Questions to ask your Insurance Company

Ask about your copay, coinsurance, and deductible.

Confirm if you need preauthorization for mental health services.

If applicable, ask if you have out of network benefits and how much this covers.
